Fancy a change from the expensive hassle of a usual Friday night clubbing? Fed up with jumping on the packed last train in, paying ridiculous prices for entry, booze and taxis, only to see overpaid DJs massaging their egos, whilst fighting for your place in a crowd of apathetic cold group of young posers? So are we.
That’s why we are doing things differently, and taking your Friday night event out away from the hustle and bustle of the hoards of idiots. Come to our cozy basement party in the almost-hidden Signal, with its surprisingly fantastic sound system, and its one-coin, low-cost drink prices.
The DJs from international collectives like the UK based Numbers, and American Seclusiasis and of course Diskotopia, will be playing an all-over-the-shop selection of music, from 2562 to 23 Skidoo, from Planet Mu to Ze Records, from UK funky to African funk, from 1970s to the present day, outrivaling the selection of tunes you’ll hear anywhere else in the city.
